How much is the Shopify App?
The Candlefy App is completely free of charge and exclusively available through Shopify's App Store.
You can create an unlimited amount of candles, publish them to your store and offer them for sale - completely free.
Once you sold a candle in your Shopify store, your order ist automatically transferred to Candlefy for immediate processing. Only at that time, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the candle(s) you just sold and for shipping your order directly to your customer.
How to setup payments in the Candlefy App?
It is extremely simple to setup payments with Candlefy so we can auto-fulfill your orders. Here is how you do it:
- Navigate to the Account tab within the Candlefy App.
- Add your business address information and save.
- Add your credit card information and save.
What are the exact cost?
The cost by product breakdown is extremely simple.
Each candle cost $10.99 and we charge $5.99 for shipping (plus $0.99 for every additional candle in your order).
Examples
- For an order of 1 candle, the cost is: $10.99 + $5.99 = $16.98
- For an order of 2 candles, the cost is: $10.99 + $10.99 + $5.99 + $0.99 = $28.96
