3. Beach Walk

For the candles, we use the most popular jar style in the market.

It is a 9oz amber glass straight-sided round jar with 70-400 neck finish. Straight-sided jars have a wide mouth and thick walls. The amber color will amplify the candle light.

For our candles we are using a premium natural wax blend. Made of natural Coconut wax and Apricot oil, our wax is 100% non-toxic and farsuperior to any soy wax.

We are using clean aroma oils for our candles.  

Our standards are rigorous, and they exclude many materials that are ubiquitous in other suppliers’ fragrance oils. You may already be familiar with our exclusion of phthalates, but we also exclude materials with similar health concerns, including those on California’s Prop 65 list. Materials known to be carcinogens in California aren’t any safer elsewhere!

 There are five main “hazard groups” that we simply don't allow in our aroma oils.

1.    Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer.

2.    Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer.

3.    Reproductive toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects.

4.    Organ toxins: These are toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs.

5.    Acute toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure. Generally, this would be accidental exposure like spillage or ingestion.

While candle gift boxes are aesthetically pleasing, we want to keep our carbon foot-print low, which is why we don’t offer gift boxes.

The cost of shipping includes a sturdy shipping box and inside stuffing to assure that your candle arrives in excellent condition.

Each order ships via USPS Priority Service.

Shipping is $5.99 per candle order and $0.99 cents for each additional candle.

In other words, when you sell 1 candle, we will charge your $5.99. But if you sell 2 candles in an order, we will charge you $6.98.

That means that it literally pays for you to sell more than 1 candle per order.

As the merchant you will be charged for shipping your candle to your customer.

Shipping cost will be billed once you make the sale - never before.

Depending on your pricing strategy, you can incl. the cost for shipping into your selling price or, alternatively, charge your customer for shipping at check-out.

Replacements: In case of broken candles, we offer a refund or replacement. Simply provide an image of the broken candle via our contact form. Please add your order number.

Returns: We don't offer any returns. The candles are custom made, just for your customer.

We ship all orders within 96 hours or less.

We use USPS Priority shipping for all orders and ship out of California.

You can print anything you like, as long as (1.) you own the rights to the image or graphic and (2.) as long as it does not contain abusive content.

Uploading content that meets the below criteria is prohibited and may lead to termination of your account.

The Candlefy App is completely free of charge and exclusively available through Shopify's App Store.

You can create an unlimited amount of candles, publish them to your store and offer them for sale - completely free.

Once you sold a candle in your Shopify store, your order is automatically transferred to Candlefy for immediate processing. Only at that time, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the candle(s) you just sold and for shipping your order directly to your customer.
